The project goal is to expand several departments in Qassim National Hospital in Buraidah, starting with the emergency department, the physiotherapy department, the intensive care department, increasing the number of inpatient wards, transferring the hospital administration from its current location to the expansion building, and finally expanding the outpatient clinics in the hospital administration store, in a building consisting of six floors.

The administrative building of the CITC is an important project for the authority as its main headquarters in the cities of Jeddah and Dammam. It was designed in a distinctive way to give a direct impression of the building functions. It also contains 7 office floors for its employees, except for the ground floor, which is designated to receive customers.
